Due to the high volume of last minute cancellations and no shows, we have revised our cancellation policy effective July 12, 2019.
Revised Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. We ask you to consider that your stylist works very hard to prep and plan for your appointment. In return, if you do have to cancel please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. When you fail to show up, or cancel last minute, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
If you do not cancel your appointment with at least 24 hour notice, you will be required to leave a $25 deposit on all future appointments. Repeat offenders will be required to leave a 50% deposit to book an appointment, which will be applied towards their appointment. Refundable only if given 24 hour notice of cancellation (excludes specialty appointments, which require 72 hours cancellation notice.)
Formal styles/updos, make-up, hair extensions, and extended time color appointments require 72 hour notice of cancellation.
All formal styles/updos and make-up appointments require a $25 deposit, which will be refunded only if the appointment is cancelled with 72 hour notice.
